Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield will wear a protective shoulder strap against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 8. 

NFL Network's Aditi Kkhabwala tweeted a photo of the clothes Mayfield will wear on Sunday afternoon. The seat belt is to prevent further injury to his shoulder after surgery on his labrum tear and non-throwing shoulder fracture. 

Mayfield was injured on September 19, but continued to play until October 17 when he got worse in Week 6. He missed the 7th week after being refused medical examination and undergoing surgery to help with the recovery process.
