A:We will provide our exsiting sample to you,but customer are requested to
bear the freight cost.

A:Please send us your design (logo), size, accessories, plating and quantity , then our professional staff will
offer youa good quote within 1 hour. If you have no idea, please just send us your logo and quantity.

Q. How long can i get the feedback after we sent the enquiry?                           
A: We will reply you within 12 hours in working day.

Q:How quick custom sample quickly?
A:It takes 3~7 days after artwork and order confirmed.

Q: Is it possible to have 2 color plating on the same item?
A:Yes, "double plating" can be done. But, if you plan to make an order with
such process.

Q: How to finish an order?
A: 1) Send your design, size and quantity.
     2) Receive quotation.
     3) Place an order.
     4) Make payment and get digital proof.
     5) Production and get picture of sample.
     6) Shipment and receive tracking number and products.
