Baker Mayfield doesn't feel good now, and it's not just because his team lost another game.
After the Browns lost 37-14 to the Cardinals, Mayfield suspended his left arm from the sling after suffering a left shoulder injury for the second time this season, and was on the post-match podium on Sunday night. When asked how his shoulder felt, Mayfield was blunt.
"It feels like s---," Mayfield told reporters via Zach Jackson of The Athletic.
Due to another problem related to the left shoulder, Mayfield withdrew from Sunday's painful defeat for the second time this season. After being undressed and dismissed by JJ Watt and writhing painfully on the ground, Mayfield landed awkwardly with his left arm and finally went to the tent for inspection in the third quarter. He returned without missing a game, but failed to lead the Browns to an incredible comeback.

For people with labrum tears and related instability, shoulder slips are not uncommon. Mayfield said he intends to participate in Cleveland's game against Denver on Thursday night, although the Browns will wait for more information gathered through Monday's MRI before making a formal decision.

Mayfield was forced to tackle behind two substitutes on Sunday, while receiver Jarvis Landry has not played since the beginning of the second week.
