Former Las Vegas Raiders receiver Henry Ruggs will not receive the pass anytime soon. Ruggs, 22, was charged on Wednesday with four felonies in connection with a fatal car accident last week. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence causing death or major injury and two counts of reckless driving. If he subsequently died or was injured, Nevada would constitute a felony. Rugers has not yet raised a defense. He was also charged with possession of a gun under the influence, which is a misdemeanor. According to the authorities, Lagos was wearing a neck brace when he was pushed into court. He was driving at 156 miles per hour and his blood alcohol concentration was twice the legal limit at the time of the accident. The accident resulted in the death of 23-year-old Tina Tintor and the injury of Lagos’ girlfriend Kiara Washington, who was sitting in the passenger seat.
