Henry Lagos III encountered more trouble. After missing the required alcohol test, the former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver must now appear in court.

ESPN reported that Lagos's lawyer told Peace Judge Susan Bauckum that Lagos "self-tested" negative after missing a breath test. The delay in the test was attributed to a problem with the test equipment.

The alcohol monitoring agency was unable to "confirm Mr. Ruggs' awake state in time." On Wednesday, Ruggs did not appear in court for a brief hearing, which led the court to request an order for the record of the accident and fire on November 2.

After being warned that he might be arrested again, Ruggs is now at risk of returning to prison. Currently, Ruggs is under house arrest under electronic surveillance and alcohol checks four times a day.

In a previous report, ESPN pointed out that the former Raiders wide receiver's blood alcohol content is twice the legal limit set by the state of Nevada. In addition, Ruggs drove at 156 mph and then crashed into a 23-year-old woman's car.

Rugers appeared in court for the first time on Wednesday, sitting in a wheelchair with a foam brace around his neck. He is facing felony charges of drunk driving leading to death and reckless driving.

To stay free, Ruggs paid a deposit of $150,000. Inside the Toyota Rav 4 that Ruggs hit was the woman Tina O. Tintor and her dog. Corvette Ruggs decelerated from 156 mpg to 127 mpg, then hit the SUV, causing a fireball.

Ruggs also had a loaded gun in his car, leading to a felony weapon charge of possession of a gun under the influence of alcohol.

In Ruggs' car is his girlfriend Kiara Je'Nai Kilgo-Washington, a 22-year-old Las Vegas woman. She underwent surgery with a serious injury to her arm.
